Terms & Conditions

The fine print.

Last updated 5 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Passepartout. They’re written to be readable. The heart of it: Passepartout is a free tool that finds flights — it is not a travel agency, and it doesn’t sell you anything.

1. Agreement

Passepartout (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is provided by Savrum Solutions BV (“the developer”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. What Passepartout is — and isn’t

Passepartout is a search tool. It helps you discover and compare flights from airports you can reach and then links you to third-party booking sites.

  • We are not an airline, travel agency, or booking platform.
  • We do not sell tickets, take payments, or hold reservations.
  • We are not a party to any contract you make with an airline or booking site.

3. Flight information & prices

Flight results, schedules, and prices come from third-party data sources and can change at any moment. We work to show accurate, up-to-date information, but we can’t guarantee that any price, route, or availability is correct or still bookable. The price you actually pay is always the one shown by the airline or booking site at checkout. Always confirm the full details — fares, baggage, times, and conditions — before you pay.

4. Bookings happen elsewhere

When you choose a flight, we send you to a third-party booking site or airline. Your purchase is a contract between you and that provider, governed by their terms and privacy policy. Any changes, cancellations, refunds, delays, or disputes are between you and them. We have no involvement in, and no responsibility for, that transaction.

5. It’s free

The app is provided free of charge. We don’t charge subscriptions or fees, and we don’t take a commission from your bookings. We may change or discontinue the app, or any feature, at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the app beyond ordinary personal use.
  • Interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the app or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer or tamper with the app except where the law expressly permits.

7. Intellectual property

The Passepartout name, design, and original content are owned by the developer. The app is built with the help of open-source software, including the fast-flights library, which remains the property of its respective authors and is used under its own licence.

8. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information shown is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on flight information, missed flights, price differences, or your dealings with airlines or booking sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by law — bearing in mind the app is provided free of charge.

10. Third-party platforms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that platform’s terms. Those platforms are not responsible for the app or its content, and they are not parties to these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you additional rights.
