Passepartout is a small, independent app. There’s no call centre and no ticket queue — just me, and I read every message myself.
What to expect
- Response time: usually within 2–3 business days.
- Languages: English.
- Cost: support is free, like the app itself.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered on the FAQ page. If you’re reporting something that went wrong, it helps a lot if you include:
- Your device and operating system (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 18).
- The app version (shown on the app’s settings screen).
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
A note on flight prices & bookings
Passepartout finds routes and shows prices, then hands you off to a third-party booking site to actually book. We don’t sell tickets, process payments, or manage reservations. If you’ve already booked a flight and need to change, cancel, or get a refund, please contact the airline or the booking site you paid — we have no access to your booking.
